The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has launched an Expression of Interest service through the Iskan Abu Dhabi app, allowing UAE Nationals to select housing projects.
UAE Nationals who receive an SMS notification can access the application and choose a project within one month of receiving the notification.
Through the service on the home page, UAE Nationals can review projects, select an option, and confirm their choice by signing the declaration and undertaking using UAE Pass.

According to a statement by the Abu Dhabi Media Office, the system permits one change to the selected project after confirmation. Applicants must coordinate with relatives to ensure the selection of units within the same project where possible.
The selection of housing units and the completion of purchase procedures on the map will take place at a later stage, following the finalisation of project layouts and designs. UAE Nationals will be notified in advance before this phase begins.
The Expression of Interest service is subject to unit availability in each project. Once all units in a project are selected, the Iskan Abu Dhabi application will display a “Fully Reserved” notification.
Projects in Abu Dhabi include government-led projects and private-sector partnership development projects.
Government-led projects include the Al Nahdah Housing Project, expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2028, and the West Baniyas Housing Project, scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2027.
