Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has launched Palm Central Private Residences on Palm Jebel Ali. The development is located along the island’s spine between Frond M and Frond N.
The project comprises 212 residences across three buildings. The units include one- to five-bedroom apartments and penthouses with pools. Each residence features indoor-outdoor layouts with views of the sea and skyline.
The development includes courtyards, wellness zones and lounges. The project forms part of Palm Jebel Ali’s expansion beyond beachfront villas.
Nakheel introduces Palm Central Private Residences between Frond M and Frond N

“Palm Jebel Ali advances Dubai’s vision for people-centred waterfront living. With Palm Central Private Residences, we bring resort living into the everyday, creating a central neighbourhood where homes, wellness, learning, retail and worship sit within a short walk. This residential model complements our beachfront villas, broadens the island’s residential mix and supports a more inclusive and connected community that is calm, contemporary and distinctly Dubai,” Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate said in a statement.
The launch follows the introduction of Palm Jebel Ali’s Beach and Coral Collection villas, which were developed with architects. The villas focus on beachfront locations, while Palm Central Private Residences targets the island’s interior.
Palm Jebel Ali will feature a 9,000 square metre retail centre and a mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). The mosque will accommodate up to 1,000 worshippers and incorporates design elements from Islamic architecture.

Palm Jebel Ali stretches 13.4 kilometres and features seven islands. The development includes 16 fronds and over 90 kilometres of beachfront.
The master plan aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda D33, incorporating design principles, infrastructure and public spaces.
