Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has launched a new collection of waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, marking a development milestone in Dubaiโs island projects.
The launch includes 11 villa styles across The Beach and The Coral Collections, designed in collaboration with global architectural studios. Each design reflects its architectural style and character, emphasising space, natural light and connection to the sea.
The villas also provide direct beachfront access and views of the Arabian Gulf.

The Beach Collection offers five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 sqft. Designs include Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects, Cobalt Beach by LOCI, Baia Luna by WATG, Wave Crest by LW Design Group, and Ocean Whisper and Bluejay by SAOTA. Each villa features floor-to-ceiling windows.
The Coral Collection features six- and seven-bedroom villas ranging from 11,500 to 12,500 sqft. Designs include Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Redwood, Coral Dune, and Sunset Mirage by SAOTA, LOCI, LW Design Group, and NAGA Architects. The villas are designed with geometrical forms and natural colour palettes, providing a transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The development will include a retail centre with 9,000 sqm of leasable space and a Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), accommodating up to 1,000 worshippers. The mosque uses modern forms with light and shadow to create a calm environment.
Palm Jebel Ali spans seven islands over 13.4 kilometres, featuring 16 fronds and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront.
The project aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), integrating smart city technology, sustainable design and public spaces to establish a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly community.
