ELEVATE has opened private sales for Mondrian Al Marjan Island Beach Residences in partnership with Ennismore. The development marks the first branded beachfront residence in Ras Al Khaimah available for purchase ahead of its launch on 26 November 2025 at The Royal Atlantis.

The development features The Residences, offering 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments starting from AED2.55 million. The Front Row Collection includes 3- and 4-bedroom beachfront townhouses with direct beach access, priced from AED8.54 million.

The Sky Collection comprises duplex and triplex sky villas with double-height ceilings, private pools, and ocean views, starting at AED 8.53 million.

A 9,500 sq.ft. sky villa, positioned at the tower’s highest point, is priced at approximately AED40 million. ELEVATE offers a 60:40 payment plan, with 60 per cent payable during construction and 40 per cent on handover in Q4 2028.

The development includes over 60,000 sq.ft. of amenities. Facilities include the Mondrian Sky Club with a bar, lounge, boardroom, library, and sunset terrace. The property features beachfront and sky pools, a rooftop padel court, a fitness centre, and yoga and recovery zones.

Fi’lia Beach, described as the region’s first female-led Italian dining concept, will operate within the development. Kids’ and teens’ clubs, private concierge, valet, and maintenance services will be available to residents.

Homeowners receive Accor Platinum Status, providing access to benefits across 5,600 hotels globally, including upgrades, rates, and VIP travel concierge services.
