Meraas, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a AED 340 million contract to Al Sahel Contracting for the construction of Riwa apartments at Madinat Jumeirah Living. The project is scheduled for completion in Q3 2027.
The development comprises three 10-storey buildings containing 244 apartments. The units include one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a four-bedroom penthouse.
The contract marks the continuation of the partnership between Meraas and Al Sahel Contracting. The contractor is nearing completion on the fifth phase of Madinat Jumeirah Living and has delivered four phases previously.
Riwa design to complement Madinat Jumeirah Living architecture
Riwa’s facades will complement the community’s architecture. The residences will feature interiors with layouts designed by Meraas.

This contract reaffirms the confidence placed in Al Sahel to deliver world-class developments that embody Dubaiโs architectural and lifestyle vision,” Moustafa Ali Moustafa Hasan, General Manager of Al Sahel Contracting added.
Riwa is located in the Jumeirah district. Residents will have access to parklands, courtyards, fitness centres, swimming pools and children’s play areas. The development features pedestrian pathways that connect with the Madinat Jumeirah Living community.
The development is minutes from Jumeirah Beach and Jumeirah Burj Al Arab. The community has access to Umm Suqeim, Al Wasl, Jumeirah Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, with connections to Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City.
