London Gate and Franck Muller have announced the complete sell-out of Franck Muller Yachting, their third collaboration, valued at AED900 million.
The development, located in Dubai Maritime City, sold out before construction began.
The project features 574 residential units, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and plus-bedroom homes.
Nautical design elements inspire Franck Muller Yachting residences
“Three projects, three sell-outs – it’s humbling, honestly. What makes Yachting extraordinary is achieving this before we’ve even broken ground. People are investing in buying into a vision, and a track record. Every buyer who chooses Yachting is making a statement about what they value: craftsmanship that lasts generations, design that tells a story, and a lifestyle that goes beyond,” Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate said in a statement.
The development takes inspiration from Franck Muller’s Yachting timepieces. Design elements include compass-inspired details, ocean-inspired colour palettes, and detailing associated with watchmaking precision.
The project features a Zen Garden for yoga, padel courts, a rooftop cinema, children’s play zones, a spa, and garden barbecue areas.
“The quick and full sell-out of Franck Muller Yachting shows that our brand’s legacy is successfully moving into the real estate market, which is now a key part of our long-term vision. Yachting brilliantly brings the refined style and craftsmanship of our watches into the world of luxury homes, giving people a real taste of the Franck Muller lifestyle. Our partnership with London Gate keeps proving that when you combine the right vision with the right execution, magic happens,” Erol Baliyan, Managing Director of Franck Muller added.
This marks the third collaboration between London Gate and Franck Muller, following Aeternitas and Vanguard developments.
London Gate plans to deliver 2,000 residential units across Dubai locations. The company combines London design influences with Dubai development.
Franck Muller, founded in Geneva, Switzerland, is known for watchmaking and holds the title “Master of Complications”. The brand has operated for over three decades and has expanded into branded residences.
