Expo City Dubai has announced Expo Valley Views, a residential community within the Expo Valley district. The apartment development will provide living spaces as part of the city’s master plan.
The development comprises eight low-rise buildings with varying heights, designed to create a terraced skyline. The project offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The community includes water elements, landscaped spaces and wellness areas.
“Expo Valley Views illustrates our vision to build communities that prioritise people and the environment to create an urban neighbourhood that is deeply rooted in its surroundings while also shaped around comfort, connectivity and nature. The launch of this exciting project comes amid robust demand for our many other residential developments and reflects an exceptionally confident outlook for future growth, with Expo City Dubai โ a hub on the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan โ playing a central role in the areaโs increasing popularity, fuelled by the expansion of Dubai Exhibition Centre and Al Maktoum International airport,” Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer, Expo City Dubai said in a statement.

The neighbourhood will feature horse trails, pools, yoga decks, fitness studios, children’s play areas and cafรฉs. The development is designed as a walkable and shaded community.
Expo Valley Views incorporates native plant species, smart irrigation, water reuse systems and responsibly sourced materials. The initiative aligns with Expo City’s sustainability strategy and decarbonisation roadmap.
The development supports Dubai’s Economic Agenda (D33), the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 Strategy, Centennial 2071 Plan and National Investment Strategy 2031.
Dubai Exhibition Centre expansion boosts demand for Expo Valley Residential projects
The community is located minutes from Al Wasl Plaza, Terra and Expo City’s cultural and business hubs. Expo City Dubai is designated as the UAE’s first Green Innovation District and one of five centres on the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
The site’s proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport, planned to become the world’s largest aviation hub, and the expanding Dubai Exhibition Centre strengthens its position for residents and investors.
The launch follows Expo Valley villas and Mangrove, Sky, Sidr and Al Waha Residences. Expo Valley Views forms part of Expo City Dubai’s residential expansion, which will accommodate 35,000 residents.
