Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) has been appointed as main contractor for Sidr Residences at Expo City Dubai, with completion scheduled for 2027.
The development comprises three interconnected towers โ two 15-floor towers and one 13-floor tower โ and will contain 421 apartments, lofts and townhouses. The units range from one to four bedrooms.
Sidr Residences is part of Expo City Dubai’s portfolio, which includes Expo Valley, Mangrove Residences, Sky Residences and Al Waha Residences.
ECC to deliver 421 units across three towers
“Sidr Residences captures the essence of our vision for a sustainable, connected, forward-looking city. Partnering with a trusted local contractor like ECC ensures the highest standards of quality and delivery as we continue to build the city of the future,” Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer Expo City Dubai said in a statement.

Expo City is positioned between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with access to Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port and the Dubai Exhibition Centre.
The site forms part of the 2040 Dubai Urban Master Plan and the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
