Rove has entered the Omani market through a partnership with LEO Developments, marked by the signing of Rove Home Muscat Expressway, the brand’s first branded residences project in the Sultanate.
Born in Dubai, Rove is a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding. The brand has more than 8,000 keys open or under development across the region.
Rove manages a portfolio of hotels and branded living spaces, with each property positioned for connectivity and designed to support efficiency, sustainability and local integration.
First Oman project located near Muscat Hills
Rove Home Muscat Expressway is the first of several developments planned under the partnership.
The project is located near Muscat Hills and key road links, offering access to business districts and urban destinations. It is also close to the Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre and Muscat International Airport.
The development will include fully furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments and lofts. Amenities will include a lap pool with jacuzzi, roof garden, co-working spaces and the Rove Café.

As part of the partnership, LEO Developments and Rove plan to expand the hotelier’s portfolio across city hubs, leisure destinations, integrated tourism complexes and free zones in Oman. The expansion aims to support Oman’s position within the GCC hospitality market.
