Dubai South’s broader ecosystem already includes public parks, sports courts, retail outlets, a 50,000 square foot hypermarket, a mosque, a petrol station, and a public bus route connecting residents to the Expo Metro station. The area also has a GEMS Founders School, with a 200,000 square foot mall currently under development.

Construction is set to commence in Q2 2026, with the initial phases expected to reach completion by 2028. The project was launched in 2025.
