KORO Development has begun handing over KORO One, its first completed residential project in Dubai’s Jumeirah Garden City. Construction finished in March 2026, with handovers to residents starting in June.
The 144-unit building spans studios and one, two and three-bedroom homes.
Amenities include co-working spaces, rooftop gardens, swimming pools and wellness facilities. The project sold out within four months of launch, the developer said.
KORO is a residential brand launched by ALTA Real Estate Development to sit alongside the company’s existing Dubai portfolio. The brand positions itself around design-led layouts and long-term value rather than premium pricing alone.
“KORO was created with a clear ambition: to develop homes that respond to the way people live today while maintaining the quality, attention to detail and long-term thinking that define ALTA Real Estate Development. KORO One marks the beginning of that journey, introducing a residential offering built around thoughtful design, everyday functionality and lasting value. As we look ahead, it establishes the benchmark for every community we create under the KORO name,” Giuseppe Noto, Chief Executive Officer of ALTA Real Estate Development said in a statement.
The company said further projects under the KORO name are planned, with the same design principles applied across future developments.
