AMIS GPD Development, part of AMIS Group, has entered into an agreement with Jacob & Co. to build a villa community in Meydan, Dubai.
The signing ceremony took place at the AMIS Sales Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road on January 13, 2025.
Jacob Arabo, Founder, Chairman and Creative Director of Jacob & Co., attended alongside Neeraj Mishra, Founder and CEO of AMIS GPD Development, and Shah Azim Hameed, shareholder of AMIS GPD Development.

The collaboration will create a residential community in Meydan. The project will be situated in one of Dubai‘s districts and will integrate materials, design and technology for Dubai’s villa market.
