Eywa Tree of Life, the residential development by R.Evolution positioned as the most health-conscious building in the world, has completed its superstructure, with the final concrete pour confirmed at the end of January 2026. The project, located in Dubai, has now entered the phase of façade installation and interior works across multiple levels.
According to the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the project has reached 51% completion, with construction on track to finish within 2026.
“Today is a meaningful moment for Eywa Tree of Life. This is where ideas stop being theoretical and start to take physical form. In a market that rightly places growing importance on delivery and credibility, we need to show that what we set out to build is being realised on site, with care and consistency,” Alex Zagrebelny, Founder and CEO of R.Evolution said in a statement.

Construction partner Ancient Builders Constructions LLC (ABC) has led the delivery of the superstructure and is now managing several workstreams across interiors and façades. Plastering and fit-out works are under way across multiple floors, while the glazed terracotta façade is being installed on the exterior, with all materials already on site.
“This is the stage where construction quality becomes visible. Our focus is on maintaining strong attention to detail as we move into finishing works, ensuring the project progresses in line with the delivery timeline and the standards expected of a development of this calibre,” Zeeshan Ali Akhtar, Managing Director of ABC.
The show residence is now complete and open, offering brokers, partners and stakeholders a first experience of the development’s spatial design, material finishes and delivery standards. R.Evolution has described this as a milestone in the project’s transition from construction into market readiness.
The DLD-verified progress of the project has been cited by R.Evolution as evidence of the stability of Dubai’s development environment, reflecting the confidence that developers and investors place in the city’s governance and regulatory framework.
The milestone at Eywa Tree of Life follows the recent launch announcement of Eywa Way of Water, R.Evolution’s next residential development. Together, the two projects form part of what the developer describes as a long-term strategy centred on delivery discipline, design and a considered approach to how residential environments are created in the UAE.
With workstreams now active across structure, interiors and façade, R.Evolution says that execution remains a core pillar of its approach to long-term asset value and market confidence.
