Bright Start and H&H have announced Dubai Peninsula, a waterfront development on the Jumeirah coastline that will feature the first Aman and Rosewood properties in Dubai.
The project is located beside the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Bay and Dubai Canal. It will include a superyacht marina, hotels, residences, retail space, dining venues, and a beach club.
Aman will open a hotel designed by Kerry Hill Architects, featuring suites, a spa, a club, dining venues, and residences. Rosewood will launch its first Dubai hotel and residences, with a beach, beach club, four dining venues, and a wellness centre.

The development will feature a park with pathways connecting the marina and beach areas. Additional brands will be announced.
The project involves architects and designers including Jean-Michel Gathy, Richard Rogers, Kerry Hill, Bjarke Ingels, Hopkins, Banda, and Joyce Wang.

The superyacht marina will include promenades, ateliers, fashion boutiques, and dining establishments. The marina will serve as the social harbour for the development.
Both Aman and Rosewood will operate hotels and offer branded residences at Dubai Peninsula. The Aman property will be an all-suite hotel, while Rosewood will feature four signature dining venues.
The project has been designed by multiple international architects and designers. Kerry Hill Architects is responsible for the Aman hotel, while other designers including Jean-Michel Gathy, Richard Rogers, Bjarke Ingels, Hopkins, Banda, and Joyce Wang have contributed to the development.
