Dubai luxury holiday homes achieved near-complete occupancy during GITEX Technology Week, according to data released by Allsopp & Allsopp Holiday Homes.

The company reported a 98 per cent occupancy rate across its portfolio, which was 32 per cent higher than the Dubai market average and 10 per cent higher than pre-GITEX levels.

The Average Daily Rate reached AED665, outperforming the market ADR of AED556 and marking a 50 per cent increase compared to September.
