BEYOND Developments has confirmed that construction is progressing across its Dubai Maritime City masterplan, with milestones delivered in line with approved schedules across all active developments.
The developer said progress has been recorded across every site within the masterplan, with structural milestones met on schedule.
The announcement comes against the backdrop of what the company describes as one of the world’s most transparent and investor-protective real estate frameworks. The UAE’s system of governance, legislation, and regulatory oversight – including escrow protections and RERA accountability – has been positioned by BEYOND as the foundation underpinning its continued activity.

The developer stated that the nation’s leadership has provided direction that distinguishes the UAE market on a global scale, and that it is within this environment that its masterplan continues to advance.

The company stated that its masterplan is advancing “transparently, and on schedule”, and said its progress is in full alignment with the commitments made to investors and homeowners.
BEYOND added that development activity extends beyond Dubai Maritime City to other locations, though no further details on those sites were disclosed in this announcement.
