Amwaj Development has completed the handover of Starlight Park, a 172-apartment residential community in District 11, Meydan, marking the Dubai-based boutique developer’s first project delivery in the emirate.
The handover took place during the first week of October. Spread across four B+G+5+Roof buildings, Starlight Park offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments designed around what Amwaj describes as resort-style, family-focused living.
Amenities include rooftop pools and lounges on all four buildings, an outdoor cinema, fitness, yoga and boxing studios, paddle tennis courts, children’s play areas and an indoor kids’ club. Interiors feature premium kitchen appliances, built-in TV units and bespoke master-bedroom wall finishes.
“Starlight Park will always hold a special place in Amwaj’s journey because it was our first project.
