Aldar has launched The Row Saadiyat, a residential and lifestyle development in the Saadiyat Cultural District that will sit near the Zayed National Museum. The developer has partnered with BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) on the project.
The development comprises seven mid-rise buildings, each with nine floors and two parking basements. The first phase includes three buildings with 315 homes, available for sale from November 1.
Units include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with interiors by Kettle Collective. Ground floors will house F&B, wellness and lifestyle facilities.

The development offers views towards the Zayed National Museum by Foster + Partners. Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi are within walking distance.
Residents will access Saadiyat Grove, Mamsha Beach and the Cultural District through shaded, air-conditioned pedestrian bridges.

Amenities include kids’ clubs, a wellness pod, a co-working lounge and a pet spa and grooming studio. A communal hub called The Other Space will host pop-ups and gatherings.
A wellbeing club will serve residents and the public, offering fitness, spa and pool facilities.
The development will feature smart home systems and targets a 3 Pearl Estidama rating and a 2-star Fitwel rating.
