Tissoli, a real estate and investment collective, has officially launched its flagship project, Palazzo Tissoli, on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The development, valued at AED1.2 billion, is designed and branded by the Italian design house Pininfarina, marking its first architectural project in the emirate.
Palazzo Tissoli is positioned along Al Marjan Island’s prime waterfront. The project features studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, including duplex corner units with coastal views. Studio residences start from AED1.1 million.

Pininfarina brings 95 years of design experience to the development. The project draws inspiration from the dunes, mangroves, and sea waves of the region, framed by the Hajar Mountains. Pininfarina has completed over 1,950 projects across continents and sectors.

Residents will have access to amenities including a 24-hour café, Skyline Lounge, Casa del Sigaro, Serenity Spa, Vitality Studio, Yoga Studio, Cinema Palazzo, Kids’ Splash Park, children’s play area, lagoon pools, running track, elevated micro-gardens, co-working and retail spaces, and a rooftop infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf.

Palazzo Tissoli is located close to Al Marjan Island’s emerging entertainment and leisure corridor, including future gaming destinations.
