Hellmann Calipar Healthcare Logistics (HCHL) has opened a new distribution facility at Dubai South‘s Logistics District, bringing its total number of distribution centres in the UAE to five and expanding one of the most dedicated healthcare logistics networks in the Middle East.
The opening comes as demand for healthcare supply chains grows across the region, driven by regulatory requirements and the need for greater precision and transparency in the handling of temperature-sensitive medical products. The new facility increases HCHL’s warehouse capacity and expands customer-specific value-added services and storage solutions.
It is designed to address key market requirements, including the management of time and temperature-sensitive healthcare products, the handling of hazardous goods, end-to-end digital transparency, and last-mile distribution.

The facility has been built in accordance with national and international safety and environmental standards. It features a dedicated chamber for hazardous goods and is equipped with solar technology, in line with Hellmann’s sustainability goals.
The facility incorporates quality management systems aligned with international GDP standards and security protocols to ensure product integrity from origin to patient.
Dubai South is the largest single-urban master development focused on aviation, logistics and real estate. Its Logistics District offers services and operations alongside uninterrupted access to Jebel Ali Port via a bonded logistics corridor.
The district comprises multiple zones with direct access to the cargo terminals at Al Maktoum International Airport, EZDubai – a fully dedicated e-commerce free zone – and a Contract Logistics Zone.
