Together, Tbilisi Waterfront and Gonio Yachts & Marina aim to contribute to Georgiaโ€™s economy with over $6.5 billion in planned investments.

The developments are projected to attract more than 350,000 visitors annually, generate over 30,000 jobs in construction, retail, hospitality, and leisure, and draw more than $10 billion in foreign direct investment.

The projects integrate economic growth with environmental responsibility. In Batumi, Gonio Yachts & Marina includes measures to protect natural habitats and migratory bird sanctuaries along the Black Sea coast.

Across both developments, Eagle Hills has focused on energy-efficient infrastructure, smart systems, green mobility networks, and environmental preservation.

Tbilisi Waterfront: Mixed-use urban community

Tbilisi Waterfront spans 590 hectares, including 170 hectares of open parks. The masterplan includes residences, retail, hospitality, wellness and spa facilities, walking trails, and recreational zones.

Gonio Yachts & Marina, located on the Batumi coastline, covers 260 hectares. The project features a yacht marina, branded residences, hotels, retail boulevards, and open parklands. Its design integrates energy-efficient measures, responsible coastal management, and biodiversity protection, aiming to enhance Batumiโ€™s tourism appeal and establish it as a hub for yachting and seaside living.

The Tbilisi Presentation Centre serves as a hub for visitors to learn about Eagle Hillsโ€™ developments and how they aim to redefine sustainable communities and waterfront living in Georgia.
