Eagle Hills has inaugurated its new Presentation Centre in Tbilisi, showcasing its $6.5 billion developments in Georgia, including Tbilisi Waterfront and Gonio Yachts & Marina.
The event was attended by Irakli Kobakhidze, Prime Minister of Georgia, Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, and Mohamed Alabbar, Founder and Chairman of Eagle Hills Properties.

Tbilisi waterfront and Gonio Yachts & Marina highlighted in new Eagle Hills centre

The Presentation Centre is located in the heart of Tbilisi and provides an immersive showcase of Eagle Hillsโ two major projects. Visitors can explore the scale, design, and vision of Tbilisi Waterfront and Gonio Yachts & Marina, highlighting how these projects align with Georgiaโs natural landscapes, cultural traditions, and development goals.
“The opening of our Presentation Centre in Tbilisi marks the beginning of our shared journey with Georgia. Our vision is to contribute meaningfully to the countryโs growth – creating jobs, attracting investment, and showcasing Georgiaโs immense potential to the world. We are deeply honored to partner with the Government of Georgia, to drive sustainable progress, innovation, and prosperity for generations to come,” Alabbar added.
Together, Tbilisi Waterfront and Gonio Yachts & Marina aim to contribute to Georgiaโs economy with over $6.5 billion in planned investments.
The developments are projected to attract more than 350,000 visitors annually, generate over 30,000 jobs in construction, retail, hospitality, and leisure, and draw more than $10 billion in foreign direct investment.
The projects integrate economic growth with environmental responsibility. In Batumi, Gonio Yachts & Marina includes measures to protect natural habitats and migratory bird sanctuaries along the Black Sea coast.
Across both developments, Eagle Hills has focused on energy-efficient infrastructure, smart systems, green mobility networks, and environmental preservation.
Tbilisi Waterfront: Mixed-use urban community
Tbilisi Waterfront spans 590 hectares, including 170 hectares of open parks. The masterplan includes residences, retail, hospitality, wellness and spa facilities, walking trails, and recreational zones.
The project is designed to create a mixed-use community that promotes sustainable living, pedestrian-friendly boulevards, cycling paths, and green corridors.
Gonio Yachts & Marina, located on the Batumi coastline, covers 260 hectares. The project features a yacht marina, branded residences, hotels, retail boulevards, and open parklands. Its design integrates energy-efficient measures, responsible coastal management, and biodiversity protection, aiming to enhance Batumiโs tourism appeal and establish it as a hub for yachting and seaside living.
The Tbilisi Presentation Centre serves as a hub for visitors to learn about Eagle Hillsโ developments and how they aim to redefine sustainable communities and waterfront living in Georgia.
