242 property valuations completed in Ajman during January worth AED1.06 billion
Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed the spread of activity across all three sectors, stating that “valuation activities covered commercial, residential and industrial properties.”
Al Muhairi added that the January report encompassed a range of transaction types. These included personal valuation transactions, court-related valuations, institutional valuations and valuations linked to long-term Golden Residence permits for investors.
He stated that these transactions “amounted to 167 transactions, with a total value exceeding AED303 million.”
The inclusion of Golden Residence permit-linked valuations in the January figures reflects the continued use of property investment as a pathway to long-term residency in the emirate. The 167 transactions spanning personal, court, institutional and Golden Residence categories represented a portion of the 242 total valuations recorded during the month.
