Creneau Hospitality Group has announced a strategic partnership with AB InBev to expand the Belgian Beer Café brand globally, targeting 30 locations by 2030.
The collaboration will focus on growth in the Americas, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Creneau has expanded its licence to franchise and operate venues globally under the renewed agreement.
The Belgian Beer Café concept was designed and developed by Creneau Hospitality Group in collaboration with Interbrew (now AB InBev) in the early 1990s. The brand showcases the UNESCO-listed Belgian Beer Culture.

“This partnership represents a major milestone for our Belgian Beer Café. By aligning our hospitality expertise with AB InBev’s brewing heritage and global capabilities, we aim to support sustainable and authentic growth, with a goal of having 30 locations in our portfolio worldwide by 2030,” Dennis Tels, Global Franchise Director at Creneau Hospitality Group said in a statement.
Under the agreement, Creneau Hospitality Group will provide expertise in hospitality design, operations, and franchise development. AB InBev will support the expansion through access to its beer portfolio, product supply, and marketing capabilities.
Creneau Hospitality Group operates a portfolio of hospitality projects across the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. The company has a network with revenues exceeding €65 million.
