Emirates Developments and Jumeirah, a member of Dubai Holding, have signed an agreement to develop Jumeirah Residences Al Maryah Island in Abu Dhabi.
The development will be located on Al Maryah Island and will feature 253 apartments ranging from one-bedroom to five-bedroom units.

Al Maryah Island’s unrivalled location, combined with Jumeirah’s globally renowned brand, aligns seamlessly with our vision to deliver exceptional, future-forward branded residences and a truly elevated standard of luxury living,” Tareq Siam, Managing Director at Emirates Developments said in a statement.

In 2025, Emirates Developments unveiled several real estate projects in the UAE. The company launched a Hilton-branded tower in Dubai’s Jumeirah Lakes Towers. Stellar By Elie Saab on Yas Island was also announced, offering residences with design, finishes, and amenities.

Each of these properties is designed to elevate and inspire living well every day, reflecting the future of the Jumeirah brand,” Thomas B. Meier, Chief Executive Officer of Jumeirah added.
The development will be situated on a plot on Al Maryah Island, which serves as a business, lifestyle and retail destination in Abu Dhabi. The site is adjacent to The Galleria Mall and overlooks the canal. Residents will have access to the promenade and views of the water canal, Reem Island, and Abu Dhabi’s skyline.
The project marks Jumeirah’s second property in Abu Dhabi and follows the company’s expansion of its residences portfolio. Jumeirah launched Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab last year and has announced Jumeirah Asora Bay Hotel and Residences and Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers in Dubai.
