Travog has announced a collaboration with Mastercard to launch a corporate travel and expense card aimed at small and medium enterprises in the GCC and APAC. The card is integrated into Travog’s existing platform, consolidating bookings, payments, policy approvals and reporting in a single environment.

The product is a response to a familiar problem for finance teams: business travel costs typically only become visible after trips are completed and expenses submitted. Reconciliation is slow, policy exceptions are caught late, and booking data rarely sits alongside card transaction records. The Travog card is designed to close that gap by tying payment activity to the travel booking itself, allowing organisations to apply spending limits and approval controls before and during a trip rather than reviewing costs afterward.

“Business travel payments should be simple for employees and transparent for finance teams. Our collaboration with Mastercard brings payment, policy and travel data together in Travog, helping organisations manage spend as it happens instead of after the trip is over,” Gaurav Chiripal, CEO of Travog said.

For finance and travel managers, the practical outcome is faster reconciliation and real-time visibility. Card transactions, booking records and expense claims are all visible within the same Travog interface, which the company says reduces manual follow-ups and makes policy exceptions easier to catch early.

“Business travel and expense management are becoming strategic priorities for organisations that need better visibility, control and efficiency across every transaction. By bringing Mastercard’s payments capabilities together with Travog’s integrated travel and expense platform, we are helping businesses move from fragmented processes to a more seamless, secure and data-driven way to manage spend,” Omoke Adebanjo, Senior Vice President, Merchants and Commerce, EEMEA, Mastercard added.

Travog’s platform already covers self-booking, expense capture, reimbursements, approval workflows and analytics. The Mastercard card extends that set by bringing controlled payments into the same workflow, rather than layering on a separate payment tool.
