Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and ORA Developers UAE have agreed a financing arrangement for off-plan buyers at BAYN, ORA’s flagship masterplan in Ghantoot, positioned between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Under the agreement, buyers who have completed a regulated payment of 50% of their unit value can apply for financing to cover amounts due until handover. ADCB is offering competitive rates, pre-approvals valid for up to 12 months, digital onboarding, and access to its specialist Mortgage Centres. All applications are subject to the bank’s standard eligibility and credit assessment criteria.
“As one of the region’s largest private developers, we remain committed to creating active, liveable communities in the UAE and across the Middle East. Our partnership with ADCB is a practical step towards making homeownership more accessible at BAYN. For eligible buyers, the ability to arrange financing during construction for payments due at handover can bring greater clarity and confidence to the purchase journey. As we showcase Y Views at BAYN at LIVEX, this partnership also reflects the confidence that leading financial institutions place in the destination and its long-term vision,” Naguib Sawiris, Chairman of ORA Developers said in a statement.
ORA is developing BAYN in partnership with MODON Holding. The 4.8 million sqm coastal destination is planned to include approximately 9,000 homes, 1.2 km of natural beachfront, and more than 55% open and landscaped space. Construction began in June 2026, with first handovers targeted for Q4 2028.
The announcement was made alongside ORA’s showcase of Y Views at BAYN at LIVEX, Abu Dhabi’s Livability and Investment Exhibition.
The timing reflects strong demand in Abu Dhabi’s off-plan segment. The Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre’s H1 2026 Market Report recorded a 289% year-on-year increase in off-plan villa and townhouse sales value. BAYN was among seven projects that together accounted for 65% of sales value across that segment.
