Ajman’s real estate market recorded 1,143 transactions worth AED1.9 billion in September 2026, according to the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department.
Sales activity drove the bulk of the figures, with 879 transactions generating a total trading value of AED1.44 billion. The highest-value sale during the month was registered in Al Nakheel 2, at AED198 million.
Mortgage activity added a further AED207 million across 153 transactions, with Al Jurf Industrial 1 recording the month’s largest mortgage at AED15 million.
Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department, said the results point to sustained investor interest in the emirate’s property market.
Among major projects, Emirates City was the most-traded for the month, followed by Azha Community and Ajman One. At neighbourhood level, Al Helio 2 led transaction volumes, with Al Helio 1 and Al Zahya ranking second and third.
