Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled plans for Wynn Marina, a 98-berth superyacht facility designed to serve as both a working harbour and a standalone waterfront destination within the Ras Al Khaimah resort.

The marina is built around a circular harbour layout, a departure from conventional straight-berth marina design. The configuration will be visible from the resort’s accommodations, restaurants, and promenades, and is intended to create a continuous backdrop of vessels and open water.

It will accommodate superyachts and megayachts of up to 85 metres, and Wynn says it will have greater capacity for large vessels than any other hotel-attached marina in the UAE.

“Wynn Marina has been conceived as a direct extension of Wynn Al Marjan Island,” said Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan Island. “Guests will move effortlessly between life on the water and experiences throughout the resort, from dining and entertainment to accommodations and waterfront amenities. It is not simply a place to berth a yacht, but an integral part of the destination.”

Day-to-day operations will be handled by IGY Marinas, the Fort Lauderdale-based harbour management firm. A dedicated arrival building, the Capitainerie, will function as the operational hub for visiting vessels, housing marina operations, concierge support, captain services, and guest check-in under one roof.

For yacht owners, charter guests, and crew, arrival services will extend to dining reservations, provisioning, onboard celebrations, and resort-wide experiences. Resort guests and day visitors will have access to the waterfront promenade, harbour-side dining, and event spaces, with the company citing yacht arrivals and waterfront celebrations as planned use cases.

The marina will be anchored by the resort’s Marina and Ocean Estates, a cluster of waterfront accommodations intended to connect berths directly with the wider property.
