Pet Corner has opened a 20,000 square foot Experiential Centre at Dubai Investment Park 2, its most ambitious physical space since the brand was founded in 2004 by brothers Gaurav and Sidarth Mahindra as a single store in the same district.

The centre is designed less as a conventional shop floor and more as a destination, bringing together product retail, grooming, veterinary care, educational sessions, and community events under one roof.

Knowledgeable staff are on hand throughout, and the space is intended to accommodate product launches, adoption drives, training sessions, and workshops that draw together retailers, veterinarians, manufacturers, animal welfare groups, and pet parents.

“When we started, our promise was simple: to make life better for pets and easier for the people who love them. Everything we have built since, from our stores to our clinics to this new centre, comes back to the idea that pets are part of the family. This space is our way of bringing that belief to life,” Sidarth Mahindra, Co-Founder of Pet Corner said in a statement.

The opening marks a new phase for a business that has grown from that single DIP outlet into a network of more than 20 stores across the UAE, with over 25,000 products and services spanning grooming and veterinary care through a distribution network that also reaches markets in the GCC and India.

Alongside the physical centre, the brand is drawing attention to Pet Corner University, a free bilingual digital academy available in English and Arabic that the Mahindra brothers describe as a personal passion project. The platform offers short, interactive courses for children and families covering the care of cats, dogs, birds, fish, and small animals, with virtual habitat designers, games, and a points-based certification system built in.

“The pet community across the Middle East and India is growing quickly, and expectations are rising with it. We wanted to create a space where the whole community can come together, to learn from one another, raise standards, and ultimately give pets better lives. That collaboration is what will move our industry forward,” Gaurav Mahindra, Co-Founder of Pet Corner added.

Pet Corner‘s store network spans Dubai locations including Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Park, Al Barsha, JVC, JBR, and Motor City, alongside Abu Dhabi outlets in Khalifa City, Al Raha, and Al Mamsha, and a branch in Fujairah. The brand’s VET Veterinary Clinics operate out of Al Barsha and Town Square, Nshama.
