Elite Group Holding, the exclusive UAE distributor for Jetour, has opened what it says is the largest Jetour service centre in the world, a 100,000 square foot facility on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai.
The centre is designed to handle between 250 and 300 vehicles per day and is positioned as a one-stop destination for maintenance, repairs, and customer support. Elite Group says it has been equipped with advanced diagnostic technology and staffed by specialist technicians.
Beyond the workshop floor, the facility includes premium lounges and what the company describes as wellness-focused amenities, framing routine servicing as part of a broader ownership experience.
“This milestone reflects our continued commitment to delivering a holistic automotive experience that extends far beyond the point of purchase,” said Sam Shamsuddin, Regional Aftersales Manager at Jetour UAE. “With the launch of our largest service centre, we are strengthening our ecosystem to ensure every customer journey is defined by trust, transparency, and long-term value.”
The opening adds to Jetour UAE’s existing aftersales network, which covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Ajman. The company says the new site expands both the reach and total service capacity of that network.
Jetour’s ownership package in the UAE includes a 1-million-km or 10-year warranty, three years or 30,000km of complimentary servicing, and roadside assistance. Owners also gain access to the Jetour Owners Club, a customer engagement platform.
