Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) has launched a Light Industrial and Maintenance Complex at Dubai South, adding purpose-built capacity for aviation businesses operating within the free zone.
The facility covers 24,900 square metres and contains 33 units designed to accommodate a range of aviation-related activities. Units can be combined to suit varying operational scales, giving tenants flexibility as their requirements change. MBRAH said the complex is expected to reach completion by Q3 2027.
“This launch reflects our commitment to supporting the aviation and aerospace supply chain sectors. At MBRAH, we continue to develop infrastructure that not only responds to current market demand but also anticipates future industry needs, enabling businesses to scale efficiently within a fully integrated ecosystem. Our efforts remain aligned with the vision of our wise leadership on further strengthening Dubai’s position as the aviation capital of the world,” Tahnoon Saif, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub said in a statement.
MBRAH sits within Dubai South and operates as a free zone destination for airlines, private jet operators, MRO providers, and related aerospace businesses. The hub also houses maintenance centres and training campuses, and positions itself as a connectivity point for global aerospace players.
