Tissoli, a real estate and investment collective, has announced three milestones for its AED 1.2 billion development, Palazzo Tissoli, on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. Phase 1 of the project has sold out in its entirety, sales for Phase 2 are now open, and GRID Properties has been appointed as the project’s Strategic Development Manager.
Palazzo Tissoli holds the distinction of being the first residential development in Ras Al Khaimah to be designed by Italian design house Pininfarina, which was founded in 1930.
The 100 per cent sell-out of Phase 1 reflects demand for branded residences on the waterfront of Al Marjan Island in the Northern Emirates.

To meet demand from buyers worldwide, Phase 2 offers a collection of furnished studios and one-bedroom apartments. Each unit features sea views and Pininfarina interiors.
The project draws inspiration from the natural landscape of Ras Al Khaimah, including its dunes and coastline, and requires a level of technical expertise to execute Pininfarina’s design language.
Amenities at Palazzo Tissoli include the Serenity Spa, Vitality Studio, a 24-hour Café, the sunset-facing Skyline Lounge, and the Casa del Sigaro.

GRID Properties, founded in 2019, has been appointed to oversee the delivery of Palazzo Tissoli. The firm holds a portfolio exceeding $2.2 billion across 6.8 million square feet in the UAE and the United Kingdom, and has delivered 1.9 million square feet of assets spanning branded residences and logistics. The targeted completion date for Palazzo Tissoli is Q2 2028.

With Phase 1 sold out and Phase 2 now on the market, Palazzo Tissoli is set to alter the skyline of Ras Al Khaimah upon its completion.
